Tania Ceasar, originally from Washington D.C, currently residing in Mechanicsville Maryland with her husband and 5 children. Her story unfolds at the age of eight, around the time of giving her life to Jesus. She started experiencing massive panic attacks on a daily. Tania’s body began to physically respond by shedding pounds, while developing acute stomach issues, and immense sadness. As a teenager she turned to a life of self harm as a means to cope with the internal pain she experienced. Growing up Tania was exposed to violence and abuse. This also provoked a struggle with suicide ideation and attempt. A close family member taught her how to pray, study the Bible, and develop intimacy with God during that time. This new relationship became an induction to healing for her. As she got older, developing community, seeking therapy, a healthy diet, a workout routine, and removing harmful distractions became instrumental to her life as well. Through these organic approaches, she discovered how to renew her mind.
It is so vital to transform the way you think and how your brain is programmed after going through trauma. Today, Tania has been able to utilize these methods to impart to others who need the same freedom in their minds. Having the victor mind-set makes a world of difference in truly overcoming.
Tania was crowned Mrs. Maryland International 2022 March 5th. She competed for the international title in July of this year. Her platform is Suicide Prevention. She also advocate for Domestic Violence and instilling confidence into women. She serves on two boards as a Co-chair for the Violence Injury Trauma Action Team and a member for the Family Violence Coordinating Council. Tania also advocates with the American Foundation For Suicide Prevention (AFSP). She has written an autobiography and plans to have it published this year. Her dream is to travel the world and bestow healing to people who are struggling with everything she did. She also wants to be a best selling Author, as well as star in a movie about her life.
