She began experiencing severe panic attacks shortly after. Subsequently, Tania’s body induced a physical and emotional response. She developed acute stomach issues, followed by immense sadness. As a teenager she turned to a life of self-harm as a means to cope with internal affliction. During that season, Tania was exposed to domestic violence through abusive relationships. Thereupon entertaining a struggle with suicide ideation and attempt.
As a young adult, Tania came back to her first love, Jesus Christ. Shortly thereafter God connected her with a supportive community, spiritual therapy, a healthier diet, physical fitness, and removed harmful behaviors that were intrusive to her evolution. Through these organic approaches, she discovered how to renew her mind while simultaneously healing past suffering.
